Storm communication guide
Park City storm status and service expectations.
During active snowfall, conditions can change faster than a static webpage. This page explains how service phases, route priorities, public-road conditions, parked vehicles, drifting, berms, and refreeze affect property access.
Call About an Access IssueImportant notice
This is an operating guide, not a live dispatch board.
Opening pass
Critical lanes, driveways, entrances, guest access, or commercial opening routes may be addressed first to create basic usability.
Maintenance pass
During continued snowfall, crews may return to manage new accumulation, drifting, berms, compaction, or priority pedestrian areas.
Final cleanup
After snowfall slows and vehicles move, widening, stall recovery, curb cleanup, walkways, and detailed finishing may occur.
Why timing changes
Mountain storms create moving targets.
Road and route access
Public-road closures, traffic, accidents, restricted access, and changing traction can delay arrival even when crews are operating.
Ongoing accumulation
A property may appear snow-covered again shortly after service when snowfall, drifting, roof shedding, or municipal berms continue.
Obstructions and exceptions
Parked vehicles, gates, deliveries, construction, buried edges, equipment, and unsafe conditions may prevent full completion.
What to send when you contact us
Help us understand the current access problem.
Include the property address, your name, the blocked area, photos if available, whether someone is arriving or trapped, current vehicle locations, gate information, and the deadline that matters. For life-safety emergencies, contact emergency services first.
Why is there snow after a crew already visited?
New snowfall, drifting, roof shedding, public-plow berms, vehicle movement, and refreeze can change the property after service.
Does every property receive service at the same time?
No. Route order, contract priorities, storm conditions, road access, property type, and operating deadlines affect sequencing.
Can I request an immediate extra visit?
You can request one, but availability, route disruption, road conditions, equipment, and the existing agreement determine whether it can be accommodated.
What should I do if access is unsafe?
Avoid entering the affected area, provide clear details and photos, and contact emergency services first when there is an immediate threat to life or safety.
Need property-specific information?
Call or send the exact address and issue.
Direct communication is the only reliable way to review a specific property during an active event.
