Protect the freight path first.

Prioritize entrances, truck lanes, dock approaches, trailer staging and turning areas before detailed stall cleanup. The plan should account for scheduled inbound and outbound traffic so snow equipment is not competing with trailers during the busiest loading windows.

Employee parking and walks have a separate clock tied to shift changes. A useful scope names the time those routes must be usable and identifies accessible paths, stairs, service doors and crosswalks requiring hand work.

Dock drainage and compacted snow need attention

Traffic can polish snow into hardpack around docks and yard turns. Meltwater from piles or roof edges may also refreeze in shaded loading areas. Map drains and known ice zones, then define when treatment or additional scraping can be authorized.
